Romli, 19, was killed, while a telephone kiosk, a car and four motorcycles were damaged, Jakarta Police spokesman Sr. Comr. Anton Bachrul Alam said on Tuesday.

Twelve of the suspects, who live in East Jakarta, were arrested by the East Jakarta Police, while four others, who are North Jakarta residents, were arrested by the North Jakarta Police.
