Makassar to host major business expo

MAKASSAR, South Sulawesi; The regional development board of
South Sulawesi province will hold a tourism, trade and industrial
expo here in September.

"The expo will exhibit main products from the five provinces
on Sulawesi island," the board's secretary-general, Ikrar M
Saleh, told South Sulawesi Governor Amin Syam on Thursday night.

The five provinces are North Sulawesi, Gorontalo, Central
Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and South Sulawesi.

The Makassar expo will be the after those in Manado, North
Sulawesi and in Gorontalo, he added. --Antara
