Maid found dead in employer's house

BEKASI: The body of Santi, 18, was found in her bedroom on
Sunday evening, in the house where she worked as a maid in Kranji
housing complex, Bintara district, Bekasi.

The police suspect homicide as they found evidence that she
had been strangled with an iron cable.

A police report revealed that she was found naked, but no
indications of sexual assault were mentioned. The body was taken
to Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital in Central Jakarta for an autopsy.

Employer, Dadang, 32, found Santi's body on Sunday at 7:30
p.m. and notified the police.--JP
