Lucky draw proves unlucky for some

I am extremely disappointed with the management of PT TCP Internusa, which organized the Are U the lucky winner? event in Glodok Plaza on Aug. 1, 2004.

During the promotion period from May through July 2004, I spent generously at Glodok Plaza and earned 54 lucky draw coupons.

It is written on the back of each coupon that the draw would be on Aug. 1 at 6 p.m., but when I arrived at 4:30 p.m., the counter staff told me that it had finished at 4 p.m.

Since one had to be present in order to be eligible to win the draw, I felt cheated. Also, when I inquired, I got a very rude response from the counter staff.

I would strongly advise readers not to be duped by such unscrupulous business tactics.
