Low temperature on the train

One should be really happy if one can buy a ticket for a journey by an executive class train like Argo Lawu or Taksaka. The trains are good, the service excellent and the toilets are quite clean. Unfortunately, traces left by stones pelted on the windows are quite horrible, as are the arrival times, which are usually at least an hour late.

What needs urgent attention from the train management, however, is the regulation of the temperature in the carriages during the night. What is the reason for setting the temperature so low that passengers always complain and shiver with cold? Is there a theoretical reason that demands the temperature be set very low? Or, is it, perhaps, due to ignorance about the right temperature that makes passengers feel comfortable? Or, does this even, perhaps, reflect that the management do not care about passenger comfort?

It will be a pity if the train management do not realize this situation and make an improvement, for the customers' sake.
