List your e-mails according to dates

Sometimes, the list of e-mails in the Inbox window of your Outlook Express is ordered alphabetically, based on the name of the senders. This may make it difficult to find the exact e-mail you want to reply to. You know it arrived two days ago but the list is not ordered according to dates.

Don't worry. Place the mouse cursor on the column heading titled Received and click the right-side button. You will see two menu items; just click on Sort Descending. Now the list will show your e-mails in the order they arrived, with the last one on top.

If you want to have the list ordered according to the names of the senders, follow the same steps with the column headed From.
