Lippo rolls out commercial center

CIKARANG: Property developer PT Lippo Cikarang recently
launched a commercial center near the Delta Silicon Industry
in Cikarang, West Java.

Called Delta Niaga Marketplace, the commercial center is
designed to allow business people to take advantage of the
industries that operate 24 hours in the area.

Marketing director of PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk, Rudy Budiman,
said the community in the Delta Niaga Marketplace was big and
that there was a chance for the commercial center to run in
parallel with the working hours of the industries.

The development of the commercial center is expected to be
complete by May 2006. A townhouse and a worker's dorm are planned
to be built behind the marketplace. --JP
