Lippo launches new housing complex

JAKARTA (JP): Real estate developer Lippo Cikarang has launched a new housing complex on its 3,000-hectare site in Cikarang, Bekasi, West Java.

The company's public relations head, Jeanny Wullur, said on Saturday that the new project, called Bukit Cikarang Housing Complex, offers 250 houses with prices starting from Rp 80 million and sizes ranging from 42 square meters to 260 square meters.

Prospective buyers will have their houses eight months to one year after payment, Jeanny said.

The developer received an ISO-9001 certificate for its housing development system from Kema Registered Quality on June 19.

The company has already built about 10,000 houses and various public facilities, including schools, office buildings, the Lippo Cikarang shopping mall, a golf range and hotel on its site. (jaw)
