We would like to inform the public, in particular the
relations, the partners and customers of PT Lippo Cikarang
regarding a letter offering a joint advertisement. The ad
referred to reads "Congratulations on and Success in the eighth
Anniversary of PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk", which is carried out by an
institution claiming to be the publication team of PT Lippo
Cikarang Tbk.

The team uses the following address: Jl. Pramuka Jati No.2,
Wisma Lapan Putra, Central Jakarta 10440, with Andre and Yuli as
the persons that can be contacted at 021-3913493, 021-3902474 and
at fax number 021-3913494. The letter is signed by Rustam
Soeryadi, SH.

In connection with the above, we hereby state that we did not
establish any institution or appoint any party as the publication
team of PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk. Therefore, we call on the public
not to heed any such letter and to get confirmation from the
