Kosovo

Correction: There are errors in paragraphs six and seven of the letter Kosovo confusing? in our March 27 edition. The last sentence of paragraph 6 should have read: "Albanians already have a republic -- Albania; Kosovo's ethnic Albanians also have a republic -- Serbia." The last sentence of paragraph 7 should have read: "But it also excludes (not includes) the right to a republic." We apologize for the mistakes.
