Korean dies in road accident

CILACAP, Central Java: A Korean national was killed in a road accident here on Tuesday night, police said yesterday.

Chief of the Cilacap police precinct Lt. Col. Soeroso told The Jakarta Post Kim Dong Hyan was killed after his Kijang rammed into a sidewalk.

Quoting eyewitnesses, he said Kim, who was alone in the van, had left his hotel drunk.

Soeroso said Kim worked with Sinshung Corporation, a contractor which is handling the expansion of Semen Nusantara, a cement factory. (wah)
