KKMB established in Yogyakarta

YOGYAKARTA: In cooperation with the Yogyakarta National Development University (UPN) Veteran, the Association of Bank Partner Finance Consultants (KKMB) officially declared earlier this week the establishment of the KKMB's Yogyakarta branch.

Ardito Bhinadi of the UPN Veteran was named chairman of the new branch. Upon his inauguration as chairman Ardito said he was optimistic that the branch would contribute much to the development of small- and medium-scale enterprises (SMEs) in the region.

"The objectives and visions of this association are to push and develop a strategic alliance for the development of SMEs," he said.

The first steps, according to Ardito, would be to optimize the role of the KKMB and improve the performance of the enterprises through training and programs.

"We will also expand cooperation with all stakeholders in the province," he added. --JP
