KIC builds industrial estate
JAKARTA (JP): State-owned PT Kawasan Industri Cilacap (KIC) has built the industrial estate Tugu Wijayakusuma (KITW) on a 250-hectare plot in Semarang, Central Java, the company announced yesterday.
The company's president Haryatmo Hardjosuharso said the company would sell plots on the estate for industrial companies, and would provide the companies ready-to-use plant facilities in all sizes for rent, Antara reported.
KIC is the first state-owned industrial estate company in Central Java. It is 60 percent owned by the central government, 30 percent by the local administration and the remaining 10 percent by the local administration of Cilacap. (das)
