Kevin Schwantz considers comeback

DALLAS: Former world motorcycle champion Kevin Schwantz is considering a huge offer to make a comeback.

His old team, Suzuki, has reportedly offered the Texan $10 million for a single season in a desperate move to rescue its struggling GP program.

BMW is expected to announce next month its return to Formula 1 racing. The German company will return in 1999 with the Williams team, which will also take over BMW's GT sports car program.
