Keep up the writing habit

"Your Letters" is one major reason for my subscribing to The Jakarta Post, for it hardly ever fails to satisfy my daily need of laughter. My special thanks in this regard go to Mr Piero Ronci. His opinions and his way of expressing them are often too hilarious for me to restrain myself from crying out in delight.

Almost as amusing as Mr Ronci's letters are the replies by Mr Sawrey-Cookson and all the others who bother. One thing I wonder, however: do these people who argue with Mr Ronci take his words for real? I cannot help but believe that Mr Ronci thoroughly takes the bait. The only other possibility is that all these arguing gentlemen are good friends and philanthropists with a new idea of entertaining others.

In any case, I hope that nobody gets discouraged from keeping up his writing habit and especially that Mr Ronci will share many more of his views on various sports with us.
