Kedungombo land compensation

From Kompas

The recent Kompas report on land compensation relating to the construction of the Kedungombo reservoir in Central Java reminds me of Kedungrejo village where my mother-in-law lives.

Sam, who had no schooling during her childhood, had a house on a 0.5 hectare plot of land in Kedungpring village.

To make way for the construction of the reservoir, she and all the residents of the village had to vacate their homes and land.

The government gave her Rp 1.2 million in compensation.

Based on the Supreme Court's decision, compensation was set at Rp 50,000 per square meter for buildings and Rp 30,000 per square meter for crops.

But the question is: Will my mother-in-law receive the amount of compensation in the Court's decision?
