'Kartu Halo'

I have been using Kartu Halo, operated by Telkomsel, for more than two years.

Recently, Telkomsel has been wanting in its service, as I have been experiencing a nonperformance from my Kartu Halo. On Jakarta's main streets it is very hard to make or to receive calls. Calls in progress are often either disturbed or cut off.

When my calls seem to go through, suddenly the connection is cut off. A friend standing next to me asked me in commiseration, "You're using Telkomsel, aren't you?"

I hope Telkomsel will pay serious attention to this complaint so that subscribers will still want to use their system.
