Kartika clubs get top spots

JAKARTA (JP): Kartika shooting clubs took all the top spots in the men's free pistol and rapid fire pistol events in the opening match of the 22th Anniversary Cup open shooting tournament in Senayan on Thursday.

Saro Zawato scored 618.5 to finish top in the free pistol final. He was followed by teammate Mauludi (614.1) and Sutadi (612.6) in second and third place respectively.

In the rapid fire pistol event, Iriantoni was first after scoring a total of 552 from three trials. Second and third places went to teammate Herry K (548) and Joko Wisunu (547).

In the men's air rifle event, Pamujiarso of Club Dewaruci earned the top position with 672.6. Thomas Leo of Club Bimantara was next with 668.5 and Eko K, also from Dewaruci, finished third with 665.2. (ivy)
