Kalla, Soeharto visit ex-VP Sudharmono

Vice President Jusuf Kalla and former president Soeharto
visited Sudharmono, a vice president of the New Order regime, at
Medistra Hospital in South Jakarta on Saturday night.

Sudharmono was admitted to the hospital's intensive care unit
on Friday evening for aspiration pneumonia, detik.com reported.

Soeharto, who was accompanied by his daughter, stayed at the
hospital for about 20 minutes.

Like Kalla, Sudharmono was once chairman of the Golkar Party
during his term as vice president.

Asked about Sudharmono's condition, Kalla said: "His condition
