Kabelvision's customer service

I am appalled by Kabelvision's customer service. They have not only let me down once, but at least 15 different times on one day!

On May 1, 2002 my colleague and I had to make that amount of phone calls just to get something small done. We were let down each time. We spoke to a total of eight people at the Customer Service department, who promised they would activate the channel at a certain time. There was even one person who guaranteed it would be done on time, but then failed to do so. Not even the customer service department in the marketing division could solve the problem. I just find it ridiculous that they keep on saying they will help you when they can't even carry out their duties properly.
