Kabelnet's service

I have been a customer for Kabelnet & Linknet (Internet Service Providers) for years. But recently I have encountered disappointments (arbitrary disconnection and connection disturbances for no reason, without any previous announcement but they still charge the same monthly fee, etc.).

More than four years ago we rented a static cable modem from Kabelnet which until last year wasn't functioning properly. It was too slow to load, but of course Kabelnet didn't inform us about this matter and charged us the same fee. So last March we had to buy a new dynamic cable modem and returned the rental modem to Kabelvision.

According to the agreement signed by both Kabelnet and us. Kabelnet is going to return our security deposit as soon as we return the rental cable modem. But up till now, the finance department has refused to return our security deposit with ridiculous excuses that are against their own previous agreement.

To make the matter worse, up until last month Kabelnet and Linknet still charged us the cable modem rental fee! Besides we had no internet connection for several days due to Linknet's weak signal. Our complaints to Linknet never got a satisfactory response, let alone a solution. How unprofessional!
