JSX to delist Tripolyta, Kopitime

JAKARTA: The Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSX) announced on Monday
it would delist chemical company PT Tripolyta Indonesia and
information technology company PT Kopitime Dotcom from the
composite index board as of July 7.

JSX said that Tripolyta would be delisted because the company
failed to submit its third quarter financial report for 2002 and
had not distributed dividends for the last five years.

As for Kopitime, JSX said the company could no longer finance
its operations following the closure of its two websites. The two
websites were closed in July last year because of a lack of
revenue from advertisements and members.

JSX will continue suspending trade in the shares of the two
companies until they are delisted, to give investors the
opportunity to settle trading with the companies. -- JP
