Temples to the Skies

The "big three" of Central Java's famous temples -- Borobudur,
Mendut and Prambanan -- are a magnificent legacy of the past.
Built from the toil of peoples centuries ago, they have survived
the years to stand as magnificent testaments to dedication and
belief in overcoming human and natural obstacles. Their pinnacles
reach to the skies, with the changing colors and shades of the
sky providing a stunning background for their awesome splendor.
