JCG, Astra Graphia sign pact

JAKARTA (JP): Business consultant company The Jakarta Consulting Group (JCG) signed an agreement on Monday with publicly listed PT Astra Graphia to jointly offer consultancy in e-business.

"We can now provide a complete end-to-end solution to our client's business problems, including if they should want to enter e-business," JCG managing partner A.B. Susanto said in a media conference here.

Astra Graphia president director Lukito Dewandaya said that the cooperation was the first that Astra Graphia had undertaken with a non-IT consulting company.

"Hopefully JCG's clients will also become our clients when they want to expand into e-business, and in return our clients will also benefit from JCG's expert business and management consultancy," he said.

JCG's clients comprise 48 percent state-owned enterprises and 52 percent private companies.

Susanto said there were three company restructuring projects ready to be handled jointly by JCG and Astra Graphia in the mining, trade and banking industries. (tnt)
