Jasa Marga to issue bonds

JAKARTA (JP): Toll road operator PT Jasa Marga will soon issue
Rp 250 billion (US$33 million) in bonds to finance its toll road
projects.

The company said here on Tuesday that about 60 percent of the
bond proceeds would be used to finance several ongoing toll road
projects, including the Ulujami-Pondok Aren toll road in
Tangerang, the Grogol-Pluit in West Jakarta, the Palimanan-
Cirebon in West Java and a flyover in Semarang, Central Java.

The remaining 40 percent of the bond proceeds would be used to
finance several other existing projects, the company said.

The bonds, which will be the 17th bonds issued by the toll
road operator, will carry both fixed and floated interest rates.
