Italian minister due here

JAKARTA (JP): The Italian Minister of Foreign Trade Giorgio
Bernini is expected to arrive here today for a two-day visit to
discuss bilateral economic relations as well as the Uruguay Round
of the General Agreement of Tariffs and Trade (GATT).

An Italian embassy spokesman said yesterday that Bernini will
meet several ministers and high ranking officials during his
visit.

Bernini will also deliver a lecture on the World Trade
Organization (WTO) at the Center for International and Strategic
Studies (CSIS).(hdj)
