Islanders told to shop by mail

PEKANBARU, Riau: The state post office company `Perum Pos dan
Giro' is introducing a "shop by mail" service to facilitate the
people in this province.

Syahril Lubis, head of the company's local branch, said
shopping by mail can offer goods at competitive prices with the
added bonus that the goods will be delivered to their doorsteps.

The company has produced a brochure that it is distributing to
homes in the province, he said. (emb)
