Irawati, Wukirasih win doubles title

JAKARTA (JP): Indonesian tennis doubles Irawati Moerid
Iskandar and Wukirasih Sawondari won the US$10,000 Extra Joss
Women's Circuit 3 at the Kemayoran tennis center after South
Koreans Chae Kyung-yee and Jeon Mi-ra couldn't perform due to
illness.

Chae also failed to perform in the singles final, handing
victory to compatriot Choi Jin-young.

Meanwhile, in the $15,000 Extra Joss Men's Future 3 at the
same venue, Yusmawan Fahmi of Indonesian managed to proceed to
the tournament's main draw. Fahmi beat New Zealander Daniel
Willman 4-6, 7-6 (8-6), 3-0 before the latter retired due to
