IPTN, CASA sign deal

JAKARTA (JP): State owned aircraft manufacturer PT Industri
Pesawat Terbang Nusantara (IPTN) has received orders worth US$1.6
million this year from Spain-based CASA to produce CN-235
components, the company said on Tuesday.

IPTN human resources director Jusman SD said in a statement
the company shipped components worth $137,769 this month to
CASA.

Also this month, he said, IPTN sold a Rp 32 billion ($4.6
million) NBell 412 helicopter to local company PT National
Utility Helicopters. (06)
