IPB holds food tech competition

BOGOR: To raise the awareness of high school students in
Greater Jakarta about the importance of food technology, Bogor
Institute of Agriculture is running a student competition.

The annual event in line with the 42nd anniversary of the
institute, focused on "Healthy Food for a Better Future". With 21
high schools participating, the event was opened on Monday and
lasts until Thursday at its Darmaga campus in Bogor.

Student representatives compete to solve problems in subjects
related to food technology such as mathematics, biology, physics
and chemistry. -- Antara
