Invalid voucher

In December 2000, we joined a kids program at a hotel in South
Jakarta and received a complimentary voucher from D'BEST
department store - Fatmawati (Diamond Group), valid until Feb. 1,
2001. But we found that the voucher expired before the store had
opened.

We contacted the hotel representative and our voucher's
validity was renewed until March 1, 2001. But the voucher expired
for a second time and the store still had not opened. When we
contacted the hotel representative, they offered us a hotel
voucher as a replacement.

We do appreciate the initiative of the hotel representative in
handling this matter, though we are somewhat disappointed with
D'BEST.
