Int'l festival on twin planned

Jakarta will host the 2nd International Twin Festival from
Aug. 26 to 28, the organizing committee said yesterday.

Seto Mulyadi from the Nakula Sadewa Foundation, a Jakarta-
based non-profit foundation which will sponsor the event, said
the festival will feature a carnival, a seminar, parades and a
variety of contests.

Tens of twins from the United States, Australia, Japan, Great
Britain, Germany and six neighboring countries grouped in the
Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) will take part in
the festival, which is scheduled to be opened by First Lady Tien
Soeharto.

Seto said some of the activities will be held at Taman Mini
Indonesia Indah Park, East Jakarta and others at Ancol Dreamland,
North Jakarta.(has)
