Internet providers

I have read Mr. Guerin's letter (April 12) and Mr. John Harun's response (April 14) with interest. The only reason being is that I am in the middle of choosing an Internet service provider but have not been able to contact many due to the lack of contact numbers.

How does one get information on all the providers? Is there a list of these providers? I have heard of Pacific Net. Is it any good? How do I get in touch with them.

I would appreciate some information either via the Post's letter column or direct to fax (021) 4513355.
