Internet connection

I live in Central Jakarta (telephone number 6406607). Like
many Jakarta inhabitants (the ones with enough money to do it) I
am Internet fanatic. But...

Connecting to Meganet here, through Telkom Indonesia, results
in a maximum of 10 minutes before the connection is disconnected
and reads "disconnected from the computer you are contacting".

Meganet have yet to seriously address the problem, although
they have tried to.

Telkom, through my own efforts, has also tried to help me but
with the same end result; I do not have access to the Internet,
in comparison with, presumably, millions of subscribers
worldwide. My question is quite simple -- When will you sort out
my problem;

The last answer I had from the Telkom people who tried to help
me was "there are too many people using Internet!"

Meganet, presumably you survive by customer service. I ask
Telkom and Meganet, please inform me how I can best receive an
Internet connection which lasts more than a few minutes. Please
