Interference with the mail
Interference with the mail is still ongoing in this country, just as it used to be during the Soeharto era. A parcel from America that should have contained a diploma and two photos had already been opened when I received it on Aug. 3, and one of the pictures was missing.
The same thing happened nine years ago when a package sent from Hong Kong was also opened before it reached me. I wonder what will become of Indonesia's postal service in this era of globalization?
The Indonesian postal service is still failing to respect the rights of Indonesian citizens as set out in the Republic's constitution.
