Ink dipping punishment

We managed to hold a general election that was relatively safe and fair, one that was without any serious incidents or violence as previously predicted. However, we still have something to worry about i.e. the slow counting of the votes.

One interesting thing in the elections was the use of special ink to mark a voter's finger so that he or she could not vote twice. The (brown) ink would not disappear for at least two or three days. Some females were very much disturbed by the use of such ink because of its nasty look after they dipped a finger in the ink.

Perhaps we could use this type of ink for other purposes. The next government should produce ink to mark a criminal's hand. The ink should be so strong that it would not fade away for years. Then a wrongdoer would always remember the sin he or she committed. The disgrace that should to be experience from committing any sin would prevent one from engaging in bad conduct.
