Indosat's poor service

I have tried several times to reach a customer service officer
at Indosat Mega Media, but cannot get through to him.

I have been a subscriber to Indosat Cable Internet for the
last few months. Currently, the Internet is not functioning and
all my attempts to lodge a complaint are in vain.

Only recently, Indosat increased its monthly fees from
Rp 366,000 to Rp 553,000, a hefty increase of 51 percent. But its
service continues to be awfully inadequate. They don't even send
their monthly bills regularly; we, of course, are expected to pay
without receipt of the bills.

We call up Indosat, the recorded messages direct us to log in
our customer ID number and we are told that we will be connected
to a customer service officer. You are now in for soft music for
a while. After the waiting is over, another recorded message
states, "Sorry, our customer service officers are still on the
line. Please wait or you can call us later."

Should we choose to wait, the same message gets repeated after
a few minutes. When we call later, we simply go through the same
rigmarole. You are not heading anywhere and they are determined
not to let you talk to a living human being at the other end of
the line. I wonder how on earth one can reach a so-called
customer service officer at Indosat Mega Media?
