Indosat, what is wrong?

Since the purchase of my mobile phone about three months ago, I have not been able to receive calls from phones in Indonesia. A success rate of one call out of 50 has been the normal rate. In the last few days I have been calling my phone which is on a yacht in Central Java, and I have not be able to get through. But there is no problem with receiving phone calls from overseas.

Although I have complained to Indosat in Jakarta and Jatiluhur, there has been no response. I have spoken to several Indosat employees and been told to call other numbers. I have been given a variety of excuses such as there is a software problem in Jatiluhur and they are not yet authorized to deal with the problem. I have also been told to change my international service provider from station 12 in Holland to Indosat. I am frustrated by the incompetent way Indosat has handled the problem and I appeal to those responsible to straighten out this problem.

I have contacted station 12 in Holland, as well as the supplier of the mobile phone unit and they clearly said the problem is from the Indonesian side. They also replied to my complaints in a very professional way with a written report showing computer printouts that everything was OK from their side and advised me to check further with Indosat. The supplier of the phone has offered to change the unit free of charge if there is something wrong with the unit.

Indosat, please give me some reliable information on what is going on and how to rectify the problem as soon as possible.
