Indosat responds
We would like to thank Urs Wuthrich of Jakarta for his letter published in The Jakarta Post on Feb. 9, titled Satelindo so- called service.
We would also like to apologize for any inconvenience experienced in using the Matrix service from Indosat.
Our customer service representative called and visited Urs, explained the blocking of his mobile phone number and submitted the monthly bills for December 2003 and January 2004. We have unblocked his phone, so Urs is able to make some calls again.
