Referring to Ms. Donna K. Woodward's letter "The service people" of Dec. 31, 1998, Indonet management would like to apologize for the level of service that did not meet Ms. Woodward's expectations.

Based on subsequent e-mail and discussions with Ms.Woodward, Indonet management will make improvements in the Medan operations, both in technical as well as personnel quality.
