Improve broadcast quality!

What a refreshing change to switch on the radio and to hear music for the soul -- no, I am not referring to soul music but to the wonderful selection of classical music on Radio Classic. Just two points, Mr. Producer -- firstly, could you ask the lady announcer to try to sound interested in what she is telling us and, secondly, and much more important, could you try to do something about the poor quality of reception?

I travel around Jakarta quite a lot and do not find the sound improving very much in different locations. Wherever I go, my enjoyment of the music is curtailed a little by the quality of the broadcast itself. Luckily, I have a good memory and am able to impose my memories of concerts in The Albert Hall onto the less than perfect sound emanating from the radio.

No, I am not complaining -- merely asking that a good thing be made a little better. Please do your best for us, as we Classics aficionados are not served well here in Jakarta.
