I'm leaving if sharia is imposed

Thank you for publishing the letter from I Wayan Setiawan
entitled Return to "dark ages" (The Jakarta Post, Oct. 9).

I am a Muslim and I have been living in Indonesia for 12
years. I own a house and I love this country. But, if one day,
sharia is implemented in this country, I will be ready to leave
and settle in an another country in Southeast Asia, where a
minority will not be able to impose laws and extremism on the
majority.
