Ideology course in local dialects
AMBON, Maluku: The local office of BP7, the government agency which oversees the course on Pancasila ideology, is currently preparing its materials in three local dialects.
Maluku BP7 Chief Nus Manuputty said his office has translated the materials of the P-4 course into the Alune dialect which is widely used in Serami Island, Galela in North Maluku and Kei in Southeast Maluku.
The office will also translate the materials into nine other local dialects later, he said.
The materials are now being reviewed by leaders of the local tribes to ensure that there are no mistakes, he said as reported by Antara.
