Ibm.net and Indovision

More than one year ago my cable service was cut off without notice by Indovision despite the fact that I had paid my bill in full. Until now there has been no compensation or settlement.

In another case, I had to spend more than 70 percent of my time waiting for my Internet to pop up because my computer can only retrieve information at 500 bits per second although my modem is 56 kbps.

When I complained to my provider, Ibm.net, they blamed too long telephone lines as I live about 30 kilometers outside of Bandung.

I do not really understand computers and I can only operate what is necessary for me to use. What I am talking about is the service sector in Indonesia, and the fact that they only care about their charges.

The era of electronic information is coming. How will we be able to catch up with other countries when the Indonesian service sector is so irresponsible?
