Hyatt offers business lunch

YOGYAKARTA: Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta hotel, Jl. Palagan Tentara Pelajar, is offering a new lunch package program, Business Lunch, at its Kemangi Bistro, well-known for its open kitchen. The package is valid from Monday through Saturday, at lunchtime (11 a.m. to 2 p.m.).

At Rp 75,000 per person, customers can enjoy three different set menus prepared by the five-star hotel: Indonesian, Western or a mix of the two. They comprise appetizers, main courses and desserts including coffee or tea.

According to Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta PR officer Jeni Handayani Ratnasari, among the items offered in the Indonesian set menu are chicken soup with rice noodles, deep-fried crispy chicken with green asparagus, and steamed rice and banana fritter with chocolate cream.

The Western set menu includes mixed green salad with vinaigrette Dressing, panfried salmon medallion on mashed potato with sauteed vegetables, and vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and brandy snap.

The East meets West mixed menu consists of steamed, mixed green vegetables with peanut sauce, and assorted fresh fruit platter. -- JP
