Hotline service for parking
JAKARTA (JP): The City Parking Agency has opened a hotline at
475-7416 to field complaints from the public, an official said
yesterday.
Kamaludin, the municipality's spokesman, said that the hotline
service was open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
"The service is aimed at improving parking service for the
public, especially users of city parking facilities," he said.
In addition to the hotline, the agency has also encouraged the
public to send written complaints to P.O. Box 2001 JAT. (hhr)
