Hotel serves up Valentine's treats

JAKARTA (JP): Sweethearts can celebrate this Valentine's Day with dinner promotions at restaurants of the Mandarin Oriental Jakarta, the hotel's public relation officer said yesterday.

"With only Rp 66,000, exclusive of taxes, guests can enjoy a lover's dinner buffet at KafeKafe coffee shop, or they can have a romantic four-course menu at our Italian restaurant, Zigolini, for Rp 95,000, also exclusive of taxes," Joya Marilynn said.

Chinese food lovers can feast at the Xin Hwa restaurant, which will offer seasonal specialities Saturday.

The hotel's cake shop will offer homemade chocolate and an assortment of special cakes for the day.

"We will have a drawing on that day for all those who celebrate Valentine's in our hotel, and they will also be entitled to exchange the Valentine's Day pink flyer with a voucher for a 10 percent discount at KafeKafe, Zigolini or Xin Hwa for Mother's Day," Joya said. (hhr)
