Honesty and responsibility
We would like to thank Vredy Hopkins of the American Women's Association (AWA) for reporting her story about the Blue Bird taxi driver. It is indeed unusual to entrust a taxi driver with US$100 to change at the money changer. Thankfully, due to the honesty of the driver, the rupiah was dutifully returned to the passengers.
In order to communicate your appreciation to the driver concerned, some details would help us very much. Could you provide us with the date, whether you ordered by phone, the time of the order and perhaps the number of the taxi? We will publish the letter from AWA in our company magazine, which is read by all the drivers and employees.
