Hogg the speaker at JCA dinner

JAKARTA: Former Australian fast bowler Rodney Hogg will be the
guest speaker at the annual Jakarta Cricket Association (JCA)
dinner to be held at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Central
Jakarta on Saturday.

Hogg, known as the "Rocket", was one of the fastest bowlers in
the modern era, making his test debut in 1978 and eventually
playing in 38 tests. He is now involved in coaching in Victoria,
Australia.

End-of-season awards for the JCA Kabelvision Cricket League
will also be given out on the night, including to league
champions Senayan CC.

Tickets, costing Rp 500,000 each, will be available at the
