History of Words

Words were created to replace gestures
and were later compiled into a language,
the means of communication
to convey one's thoughts and ambitions
So, language has united mankind

How many words have so far been said
by human beings from birth until death?
And how many meaningful words
have lifted their self-respect and dignity?
On the other hand, how many words
have been uttered without meaning?
Because they have been used for empty promises,
bragging or telling lies?
We just do not care to count

History tells us that prehistoric men,
the first creators of words,
talked less but worked more.
This reminds us of the old adage:
Silence is golden, no less no more.

The earth is getting old
and our civilization is out of order
'cause man has prodigiously used words
till he has lost the ability to understand
the meaning of stillness.
So, why not return to the old situation
when words were first invented
by man who talked less and worked more?

Free from the Circle

We are Today, what we were Yesterday,
We will be Tomorrow, what we are Today...

Ever Circling,
Ever Cycling;
Each and every Ending,
always yet another Beginning ...

Until we finally break free from it all;
Until we finally attain True Life;
Cleansed by the Holy Fire,
and forever into the Arms...
of love.

So Lonely

I sometimes feel so lonely,
as if the only people left in the world,
are but you and I...
But then I,
I am standing here...
And you,
you are so far away on the other side...
